Last 4 Sales at Mykonos Court
All of the recent sales in Mykonos Court occured after Hurricane Wilma ripped through Boca Raton in late October, 2005.
Prices (but NOT sales) were rising dramatically until that storm held up a "STOP" sign in front of what everyone agreed was a raging Sellers' market (with double-digit increases in home prices year over year).
The most recent sale was at a discount of $90k from the original list price.
